Ruth Galloway, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Throughout my career I’ve had the good fortune to work with both men and women dealing with emotional issues and self-defeating behaviors. My experience includes helping clients work through relationship issues, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and low self-esteem. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with clients who have experienced trauma and grief and find that the use of Rapid Resolution Therapy in these instances has a remarkable positive impact.

As a therapist, I believe that trust and connection is essential in helping clients to heal and grow and that therapy is the interactive process which assists the client’s own ability to heal. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy; rapid resolution therapy/hypnotherapy; guided imagery meditation and interactive psychotherapy, all tuned to the individual.

I am a graduate of the University of Georgia and Georgia State University. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience in both direct clinical practice as well as having served in the capacity of program coordinator and director of treatment programs in Georgia.
