Nina Cason, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As a therapist, Nina is passionate about working with individuals who experience feelings of inadequacy or a negative self-image. Whether it be anxiety, depression, or reactions to trauma becoming more in tune with thoughts and emotional experiences is helpful for many people. Nina's ultimate goal is to help people become more present with their feelings and to shift their perspective of themselves to a kinder and more accepting stance. Often, people are their own worst enemies! She works from a Cognitive-Behavioral Orientation and applies techniques from Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) & Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapies.
She is a licensed clinical social worker and has over 10 years of experience providing mental health care. Nina received her Master's in Social Work at Georgia State University in 2010.
