Lindsey Harper, LCSW

As a therapist Lindsey is especially skilled at connecting with her clients and building a strong rapport. She believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is an important part of the change process in therapy. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist individuals with identifying the correlation between their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts. Additionally, Lindsey is trained in play therapy. Other specialties include working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Lindsey also has experience working with adults on life transition, relationship, self-esteem, and mental health issues. She collaborates with her clients to help them accomplish their goals and to provide positive and meaningful outcomes,
Lindsey has been providing mental health care since 2012 and graduated with her Master’s in Social Work in 2015. In her free time she loves spending time with her own kiddos- human and canine alike!
