Erin Mills, LCSW is a dedicated psychotherapist who works with individuals and families with substance abuse concerns, trauma, family conflict, and difficulty coping. With a warm, and supportive approach, Erin utilizes evidence-based approaches to gently guide clients and families towards the life they want for themselves.
 

Erin’s therapeutic style is rooted in encouragement and empowerment—prioritizing safety, acceptance, and genuine care in every session. Erin is passionate about creating a space where clients feel understood and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
 

Erin is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Levels 1 & 2, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She blends evidence-based methods while tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs. She helps clients build everyday tools they can lean on, while also guiding them towards a deeper understanding of their thoughts and emotions.

 

When Erin has free time, she’s most likely doing arts and crafts with her daughter. She also unwinds by crocheting, playing guitar, and catching up on her favorite shows alongside her husband, their dog, and their cats.
